(OK) Rouse puts Milland ant the film itself, an straitjacket of style and formal contention. The non dialogues partu pris, is almosto stupid, and sadly, the subtext is piue mccarthism

(OK) There´s been a lot of time since I don't feel that nocturnal small city just being assaulted by monsters or aliens feeling, this time enhanced with long ground level travellings....

(NX) Conventional terror and also conventional migrant adapting to new home drama; in that mixture are the limits snd possibilities of the film.

(OK) Complex non b/w characters, but McQueen follows easily the trial narrative, there he loses the vitality and orinality of "Lovers rock"...
