Land Without Bread (1933) review

Posted : 4 years, 6 months ago on 9 August 2020 02:20 (A review of Land Without Bread (1933))

(OK) Minor Dieterle; there´s a long love story apalled by nos so clear circumstances, but Young (lacks some star presence) has dignified Richards to put in the other hand when sacireifices his love for Sidney. More diplometics of war than love and passion...

Wagon Master review

Posted : 4 years, 6 months ago on 9 August 2020 02:13 (A review of Wagon Master)

(OK) One of those 'civilization in tha making' Ford westerns in wich dancing is as important as settling. Johnson and Carey jr is almost as quiet men as the mormons they accompany. Bond is their master in reverse. The bad ones nad no bad no good (the theatrical troupe) adds colour...

Shoulder Arms review

Posted : 4 years, 6 months ago on 1 August 2020 05:11 (A review of Shoulder Arms)

(OK) The first part is everything tender in feeling for the character and brave in statement, about war. Fantastic inmersion in cheese and water, a frog over the barefoot of a solider is poetic. Then, the heroics and the ruined dignified house is wonderful.

One A.M. review

Posted : 4 years, 6 months ago on 1 August 2020 05:09 (A review of One A.M. )

(OK) One man show, in the repetition is the grace and the limit of this. Charlie loved to be drunk, because it puts the character in a limbo of movement and action...
