(MU) Kinf of 'affected' love story of a doomed marriage between a talented girl and a macho sympathetic selfdestructive Bryan Gosling (he as convincing as Williams). The confusing sructure of mixing past and presence, contradicts its naturalism...

(MU) So delicate, adults make some philosophy on the quiet girl that has to make spontaneous choices on speaking when asked by them. Kind, subtle observations, de-dramatized but never dried of emotion....

(MU) Zanussi gets an entire new film on the edge of "Life as sexual disease..."; alternating the story og the young doctor with vocational crisis with scenes of the other film. His quest on religion and drugs is only possible in the Poland with one foot in communism and the other in a new republic...

(OK) Terror romance, "They drive by night" meets zombi films, they´re cannibals despossesed of zombi terror fantastic parafernalia. And it works and posses moral cuestions to the pair of 'heroes'....

(OK) Hogg and Swinton can film whatever they want, and slip under the story even if it's hard to imagine a filmaker so shy and nervous as Swinton yong character. The ghostly theme is covered by atmosphere , too covered...

(OK) A masterpiece made on and about Ireland, the folk theme is an alibi to amuse and shock on emotional plot points that go to extremes: a man doesn't stand his friend and even cut his fingers to avoid him, each character each punchline, is full of innuendo and simpleton philosophy. How sympathetic, lovable and sad the suicidal boy....

(OK) Elegant existential psycho terror, with an anti or posfeminist touch (the heroine just see men harrasing her and in her extreme delirium tremens men give birth to men, good crescendo, good secondary freaks, good idea the hand divided in two...

(OK) Sara Dosa submerges in astonishing archive of the decesased couple of vulcanologists. Then emerges a great topic doccumentary on vulcans and a love story of professionals. Fascinating images of lava on the sea, grey explosions, freaky textures...

(NX) En el desborde y la ampulosidad, pues claro que hay cosas de rescate y asombro, correspondencias oníricas/surreales dramáticas (el infarto con los peces en el metro en LA), la fiesta salsera, ecos de Fellin y Bergman y la montaña mágica de cadáveres y la entrevista a Cortés (me quedo con la montaña de Jodorowsky otro ampuloso de paso en México pero no se cuela en esa historia como Iñarritu en esta)...
