She Married Her Boss review

Some good gags in this woman's film: Claudette in the thresold with just married Douglas, or she posing as window mannequin and then drunken with Bartelett, and nice fights versus Douglas's family.

The Happy Prince review

Everett has some nice touches on Wilde, when his words and wit hists facts, hits Bossie or Robbie or his wifep's death. And his acting is ok

The Saga of Gosta Berling (1924) review

Great character, epic, romantic and decadent and radical, since the beginning with the knights of Ekeby, then the defrocked priest. Women are lost by him including a lovable Greta.

Shoplifters review

A bit monotonous but has tender touches, nice selfindulgent characters, choosin family instead of suffering it

The Doctor's Dilemma review

Bernard Shaw on a good topic, doctors. They all die and kill surrounded by titles and ordinary feelings. But here he has a good bunch of them.

Mary Poppins Returns review

Moved by the apperance of Angela Lansbury and Dick Van Dyke, not so by the kind of baroc musicals, even some ideas (the world inside a bowl, or the sea inside a bathtub) are good. Meryl Streep is expendable.

The Informer review

Too heavy on the romance, and the evil innocent woman, but well paced, dramatic close ups and movements of main characters

Der Mörder Dimitri Karamasoff review

Greta Ozep, intense underlined by gypsy music when Dimitri lost everything to Anna Sten. The borderline evil character is wonderful...

Free Solo review

Always around the character, caring not to break him, but to stand to the film, wich includes, his firt break when began to climb. Nobody explains him just follow and respects him

Carmen & Lola review

La directora se toma su tiempo, con buena progresión, para meterse en las chicas, muy complmentarias, una mas confundida que la otra, una más sincera que la otra...
