(OK)Maybe the best of the 3, because mixes exploitation and war, its limits are Kpbayashi's manicheism (bad are too bad), just the good guys discuss and thinks, and repents (the heroe is very repentful, thats nice)...

(YT) I review this because was in a list of sexy films, and is indeed thanks to the sexual dances and to Swayze. The rest ir pure argumental stuff, resuming in the end on a kind of college stage...

(OK) Wonderfull Mizoguchi, before war he was in full domanin of his style and themes. La love of Otaku has everything, is even intellectual; and Kikunosuke reciprocates in his own selfish way. Great composition and following of characters, and momentos of kabuki...

(OK) Dont' like heat as a sexy device, that´s my personal distance with a film that abuses it; but besides that reiterative item, the noir logic is weel driven to the end...

(OK) Mishima in english shores, interesting stuff with a cynical boy spying in sexy mother, as the beginning a a horror we don't see and has nothing to do with the dreams and fantasies of the sea....

(ok) The docu style is just an accesory, the force and the fun is in directing and acting, less hilarious more concealed with the drama of splitting and reuniting marriages...
