(OK) A pity, the director of "The haunting", just for evoquing his only terror film, had to make this. The argument and the dialogues are lousy. Marsha dignifies her character, Beck is lousy; not even Hopkins is ok

(YT) Europeans were way ahead Deren, in surrealism expression. But here is Los Angeles modenity, house design, light, ryhmic corporal movements, clothing. The feminist side is more innovative or meaningfull...

(OK) As elegant and rich in direction as 'Kane', but less ambitious, more natural and fluent. Splendour and decadence as theme and social backgrounds, informs the best stories. Besides that, the richess of each character, Agnes Moorehead jealousy and repentance for instance....
