Posted : 4 years ago on 14 February 2021 11:09 (A review of Hamilton)

(OK) 3 stars not for film, but for the play and its lesson on history, personal and collective narrative;good themes condensed in some songs (the woman reinvindication a man's legacy, 'the room where it happened, treasons, alliances), a good play no doubt...

The Mole Agent review

Posted : 4 years ago on 9 February 2021 12:54 (A review of The Mole Agent)

(OK) The director looking for a style takes too much of the film; bt doesn't waste acting and writing. There it is the misunderstanding between Emma and Harriet and Kinthley patornizing Emma; and the romantic undercurrent....

Posted : 4 years ago on 9 February 2021 12:48 (A review of The Sacrifice (1986))

(OK) Once again I see Bergman and Kurosawa, and the middle or mixture of west and east philosophy: wester cosmogony war inspired and eastern religios plantin a tree and waiting, and the miniatura phase of the house formt that little mute monk that seems to be the child...oh and the long ending with Josephson in a robe with the ying and yang tha don't know why, recall Nakadai wandering in the end of Ran...
