Raging Bull review

Posted : 6 years, 7 months ago on 8 July 2018 03:52 (A review of Raging Bull)

Nice to revisit. The force is not on the ring, bur outside, in the realtionship, luminous and ludicrous, with Kathy. The selfpunishment of throwing ice on his parts to avoid sex with her, is as elocuent as boxing against the wall.

Nikita goes to Italy and catches splendorous Marcello, romantic and vivid (picking Elena Safonova's hat in the mud pound), with almost epic (the trip tu Russia and the gypsy company)and decadence at the end...

The Black Bird review

Not fantastic, but a moral espectacle, seeing Chaney twisted just to portrait good, not evil. That´s all, plot is secondary.

Otto in a state of 'incompetence to be guilty', having God (¡Groucho¡) being reduced by a mob of hippies, Carol Channing and Gleason in the sea. Psycodelia as an alibi of anything.
