(OK) Terror romance, "They drive by night" meets zombi films, they´re cannibals despossesed of zombi terror fantastic parafernalia. And it works and posses moral cuestions to the pair of 'heroes'....

(OK) Hogg and Swinton can film whatever they want, and slip under the story even if it's hard to imagine a filmaker so shy and nervous as Swinton yong character. The ghostly theme is covered by atmosphere , too covered...

(OK) A masterpiece made on and about Ireland, the folk theme is an alibi to amuse and shock on emotional plot points that go to extremes: a man doesn't stand his friend and even cut his fingers to avoid him, each character each punchline, is full of innuendo and simpleton philosophy.
