Oscuro animal review

Posted : 8 years, 3 months ago on 26 January 2017 12:36 (A review of Oscuro animal)

The Tale of The Princess Kaguya (2013) review

Posted : 8 years, 3 months ago on 26 January 2017 12:35 (A review of The Tale of The Princess Kaguya (2013))

Phoenix review

Posted : 8 years, 3 months ago on 26 January 2017 12:31 (A review of Phoenix)

City That Never Sleeps (1953) review

Posted : 8 years, 3 months ago on 26 January 2017 12:29 (A review of City That Never Sleeps (1953))

Toni Erdmann review

Posted : 8 years, 3 months ago on 26 January 2017 12:27 (A review of Toni Erdmann)

German humor, whatever it is in world than only buys humor from other industries. Too long but thanks to that Sandra Huller composes a natural, ambivalent, yuppi turns human daughter of a poor devil.

A City of Sadness (1989) review

Posted : 8 years, 4 months ago on 15 January 2017 03:53 (A review of A City of Sadness (1989))

Too long and paced, confusing relation of relatives and friends when they seat at the table. But lovably idea of the story -and history- view through a deaf guy nad a nurse.

Darby's Rangers review

Posted : 8 years, 4 months ago on 15 January 2017 03:51 (A review of Darby's Rangers)

The Search (1948) review

Posted : 8 years, 4 months ago on 15 January 2017 03:47 (A review of The Search (1948))

Hollywoodesque, even with 'Roots' documentary fan Zinneman, "Germania anno cero". Even the corny stuff, the ruins are as authentic as Zinneman efforts to dramatize the surroundings with ruins and river. Better than the french remake.

Crisis in Six Scenes review

Posted : 8 years, 4 months ago on 15 January 2017 03:42 (A review of Crisis in Six Scenes)

Well structured, a film in 6 parts, very domestic, with a nice Brooklyn adventure, good pairing with Elaine May. Best line: Patriot friend: "I have a purple heart". Woody: "I have a yellow streak".

To Forget Venice review

Posted : 8 years, 4 months ago on 12 January 2017 12:25 (A review of To Forget Venice)
